As the manager of the support unit in Hero Company, I am responsible for directing and organizing activities related to technical support and after-sales services of elevators. With a focus on customer satisfaction, prompt and accurate handling of requests, and troubleshooting, the unit plays a key role in maintaining and promoting brand credibility. The support unit, with the help of an expert and committed team, is the bridge between customers and the technical, installation and sales departments. We are committed to receiving feedback and Field reports provide the basis for continuous improvement of processes, products, and services. This cycle makes it possible to quickly identify customers’ needs and concerns and respond in the shortest time. The role of the support unit in the company’s development goes beyond solving everyday problems. We help develop products and improve service standards by analyzing data, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and providing operational suggestions to senior management. For this reason, this unit is not only the protector of customer satisfaction, but also the engine of continuous growth and improvement of the company.
